Majileikwa Engineering General Terms and Conditions

1. Application

General terms and conditions of sale and delivery ("Terms and Conditions") apply to all agreements for Majileiikwa Engineering's sale and delivery of service services.

2. Agreement Basis

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these terms and conditions apply to all contractual relationships between the customer and the consultant. Contractual relationships are also covered by the "General Conditions for Consultancy and Assistance in Construction and Civil Engineering" ABR18. The customer accepts these conditions by written or verbal acceptance of the offer sent by the consultant.

3. Services and Delivery

Majileikwa Engineering offers a range of engineering services within construction projects. Our services include, but are not limited to, consulting, design, inspection, and assistance in construction projects.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices for our services will be agreed upon in advance with the customer and will be specified in the agreed contract basis. Payment terms will also be specified in the contract.

5. Liability Insurance

Majileikwa Engineering has professional liability insurance, covering personal injury, financial loss, and property damage. Insurance coverage and amounts will be in accordance with applicable standards.

6. Confidentiality

All information and data shared with Majileikwa Engineering are treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties without written permission from the customer.

7. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation of agreed-upon services must be done in writing and in accordance with the conditions specified in the contract. Changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing between the parties.

8. Applicable Standards

Majileikwa Engineering commits to comply with all applicable standards and regulations within the engineering and construction industry.

9. Duration

These terms and conditions are valid from the time they are accepted by the customer until the services are completed according to the contract.

10. Communication:

Communication usually takes place via email, and the sent emails are stored in Majileikwa's email system.

11. Intellectual Property Rights:

All intellectual property rights arising in connection with Majileikwa Engineering's performance of service services belong to ME, and ME has full rights to reuse all parts of this.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

Any disputes between the parties will be settled in accordance with Danish law. Arbitration can be agreed upon if necessary, and the parties disagree on a solution. Reference is made to §59-§63 in ABR18.
